These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products offered on karolinapetho.eu.

By purchasing any product from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product offered is a digital product titled:

“Cinematic Lightroom Preset Collection”

The collection includes 15 Lightroom presets compatible with:

  • Lightroom CC
  • Lightroom Classic
  • Lightroom Mobile

The product is delivered as a ZIP file containing preset files for desktop and mobile use, along with license information.

No physical product is shipped.

  1. DIGITAL DELIVERY

After successful payment, the customer receives:

  • Immediate access to a download link upon checkout confirmation
  • A confirmation email containing the download link

The customer is granted lifetime access to the purchased product. The number of downloads is not limited.

  1. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license.

You MAY:

  • Use the presets for personal projects
  • Use the presets for commercial and client work (including weddings and paid photography services)
  • Modify or adjust the presets for your own use

You MAY NOT:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, gift, or transfer the presets to any third party
  • Upload the presets to file-sharing platforms
  • Include the presets in courses, workshops, memberships, or educational materials
  • Sell the presets as part of another product or bundle

Each purchase grants usage rights to a single individual only.

  1. PAYMENT

All payments are processed in advance through secure third-party payment providers integrated with WooCommerce.

The purchase is considered completed once payment has been successfully received.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

However, by purchasing this digital product, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

  1. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the product has been downloaded.

Refunds may be granted only in cases of proven technical defects that prevent the product from functioning as described.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The presets are provided “as is”.

The seller does not guarantee specific aesthetic results, as final outcomes depend on lighting conditions, camera settings, image quality, and individual editing adjustments.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All presets remain the intellectual property of Karolína Pethö.

Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale may result in legal action.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, with due regard to mandatory consumer protection provisions under European Union law.
